6. “Live and Let Die” — Paul McCartney and Wings
Uh, let’s maybe get over this song a little bit. Yes, it’s nice/weird that a member of the Beatles wrote a James Bond song. But the full version of this song is twice as long as it needs to be — or maybe it just seems that way — and the song itself not that great. Also, Paul McCartney says that when I was young and my heart was an open book, I used to say, “Live and Let Live.” (You know I did, you know I did, you know I did.) …However, I have never ever said “Live and Let Live.” In my whole entire life, I have never said that. Stay out of my shit, Paul McCartney! I don’t like songs that lie about what I used to say.
