10 Simple Style Tips For Men

By

There’s nothing more attractive than a well-dressed gentleman who knows he can rock whatever outfit he’s wearing.

1. It’s important that your clothes fit well—just as important as drinking water.

Men, tailors are your best friends. Our body types are usually imperfect compared to the ones hanging on the clothes rack in department stores. Get it fitted. You’ll look good and feel good.

2. Invest your money in nice-looking shoes.

When a person checks out your outfit, they usually start at the shoes. If no one’s approaching you and your eight-year-old Skechers, maybe it’s time to invest in some new kicks.

3. And match your belt with your shoes.

Easy, but also easy to ignore. When dressing up, make sure your belt is roughly the same color as your shoes. Brown with brown, black with black. When you don’t match, your appearance screams, “I have no idea what I’m doing, but I’m here.”

4. Wear what you love, and love what you wear.

Be different—use your uniqueness to your advantage and be your own style. Don’t listen to those brand snobs trying to tell you the brand you wear is what defines you as a human being. Be yourself. The outfit you wear and how good it looks on you also depends on how confident you feel in it.

5. Wear deodorant every. Single. Day.

Please, save you and everyone around you the misery or your unbearable odor.

6. Cologne. Less is more.

Don’t be a walking Hollister store. We all know that ungodly cologne-drenched smell. Three sprays—one on your neck, one on your chest, and one on your stomach. Done.

7. Toenails and fingernails.

Not saying you gentlemen need a mani and pedi, but good Lord, trust me on this one, women do not think it’s attractive to have long, dirty nails. Keep them fresh, cut, and clean just like anything else on you.

8. Eyebrows.

You were given TWO of them.

9. Your smile is your trademark.

If you’re not taking care of your teeth, your ability to pull in women will vanish. A woman loves a man with a good smile, which doesn’t mean you need perfect, straight, white teeth. It just means you need to brush and floss.

10. Exercise hurts no one.

There are enough reasons to go out and do something and no reason for you not to get up and exercise. If you’re insecure because of your weight, your skinniness, or just in general, you can build confidence through exercise. Not only will your confidence increase, but your health will, too!

Get up, live your life, and do it confidently, gentlemen.
