On International Women’s Day I’m extremely proud of the courageous women I’m surrounded by. But this day is here to remind me I should be proud of these women every single day

I will never understand how someone can judge someone’s life and talk about it as if they know it. Reality check: you don’t.

You can hide your feelings and act like you’re fine or you can rediscover what’s important and help yourself, so you can come back even stronger and try again.
