The term “black sheep” is not always used to determine a different color sheep than the rest of the herd. It can also be used as a term of a family member who is not like the rest.

If you have a dog you understand that furry friend becomes a part of your family and no longer is an animal but an actual person. You treat the dog like a sibling and sometimes give it a middle name when you are yelling at it.

I recently finished the book “My Fight is Your Fight” by Ronda Rousey. Rousey just claimed the title of the UFC world champion. She is an awesome fighter, and if you have seen any of fights you would agree. Her book takes you through her whole life and how she literally when from rags to riches.

With being a recent college grad and having an internship for a local government municipality for the past 4 summers through college, I have learned a thing or two on working in an office and how to be a tolerable, good coworker. It really is not that hard, especially for being young and new to the work place I have picked up some helpful tips.
