Why Healing from An Eating Disorder Means Talking About It
My anorexia spiraled so quickly that only now, four years later, am I starting to chip away at it—exploring the reasons behind it, and wondering if I can truly live without it.
I studied Literature and Creative Writing at the University of California, Santa Barbara. After a disastrous year in LA, I moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Some of my favorite things include solo hiking, long drives, a margarita on the rocks with salt and moonlight musings.
