1. It’s okay to show sadness once in awhile.

It’s NOT a weakness to feel sad. Sure, the feeling sucks, but showing it and getting comfort is just part of the healing process. When you feel down, those who care will be there. Give yourself some time to be wallow in misery and receive comfort, then pick yourself up and emerge better and stronger.

2. Anger is destructive!

We all already knew this, but some people actually let anger take control to the point that it destroys their relationships. In the worst case scenario.. You end up killing someone and facing the death sentence.

Keep your anger in check, guys.

3. Don’t let fear take control.

A little fear is good so that you don’t get yourself in life-threatening situations, however when you get crazy scared and start to panic, there is no thought process and sometimes the situation just gets even worse.

4. You don’t have to always be happy.

You don’t always have to be the epitome of happiness, to the extent of pretending to be happy even when you’re not. Yes, everyone likes to be around positive, cheerful and energetic people.

But being humans, there’s no way we can be chirpy and bright ALL the time. Show your other emotions once in awhile, your friends will understand. After all, they’re human too.
