ALIENS EXIST! 10 Famous People Who Think Aliens Are Real

If you haven’t been following the latest Blink 182 news (I don’t know why you wouldn’t be!), Tom Delonge recently gave an interview where he openly talked about his belief in aliens. While this isn’t the first time that he’s talked about this sort of stuff, this was probably the most honest he’s ever been about his beliefs. It goes way beyond “Yeah, I believe in aliens.”

The singer, who once wrote a pop punk song called “Aliens Exist,” talks about how his phone has been bugged by the government and how he once experienced aliens talking outside of his tent. The aliens outside his tent could be real — I wasn’t there — but I seriously doubt the government bugged his phone. The government, THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, did not bug the phone of the guitarist from the band that ran around naked in that one video. It doesn’t matter what he thinks he knows, he’s not really what one would consider a credible source.

Anyway, I got off topic. The point is, famous people are feeling more and more comfortable talking about whether or not they believe in aliens. Probably because these days, it usually doesn’t sound that crazy. So, because I’m a fan of Blink-182’s music, I put together this list of other celebrities that believe in aliens. I figure this will make Tom seem a little less crazy. But just a little.

1. Will Smith

Of course Will Smith believes in aliens. He built his career by showing us how can kick their butts. If they are real, Will Smith will be there to protect us.

2. Tom DeLonge

In between telling dick and poop jokes, Tom DeLonge of Blink 182 and Angels and Airwaves spends his time studying up on alien abductions. I guarantee if they ever abducted him, he’d force them to give him an anal probe, just so he could make jokes about it.

3. Tom Cruise

Aliens are a core part of the Scientology belief. Aside from that, Tom Cruise has admitted that he believes in extraterrestrials.

4. Sigourney Weaver

Sigourney Weaver believes in aliens. She just hopes they’re nothing like the ones she helped make famous in that one movie she was in about aliens, Galaxy Quest.

5. William Shatner

The original Captain Kirk, William Shatner, has said that he believes in aliens. He may have only said that to avoid the wrath of angry Star Trek fans.

6. Russell Crowe

Russell Crowe once uploaded a video to YouTube of something he recorded which he thought might be a UFO. He then screamed at his computer “Are you not entertained?!” because he’s not aware of how YouTube comments work.

7. Katy Perry

Katy Perry says she believes in aliens. At least that what her label told her to say when asked the question. She’s not a real person!

8. Jada Pinkett-Smith

When she met President Barack Obama, Jada Pinkett-Smith supposedly asked him if aliens were real, which he refused to confirm nor deny. Some people make fun of her for not asking a more serious question, but those people are dumb. Jada Pinkett-Smith is the best because she does stuff like that.

9. Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato believes in aliens, even claiming that she knows that they’re real. Well, if you know this Demi, why don’t you share your evidence with the rest of the world? Ugh, so selfish.

10. Dan Aykroyd

If you ever get the chance to ask Dan Aykroyd about aliens, don’t. He’ll talk for hours and hours, and you’ll never be able to watch Ghostbusters the same way ever again. Thought Catalog Logo Mark
