5 Signs She’s The One And You Shouldn’t Lose Her

Throughout life, many people will come and go from your life. While this is true, there may come a time when a special someone enters your life, and you just know that deep down, this is the person for you. You may have been searching your whole life for them, or maybe they have been in front of you the whole time. When you find that special one, there are some qualities that I feel they must have, in order to be considered a “keeper.” You want to find someone in your life that is a constant reminder of love, and how happy you are in life.

1. She Makes You Laugh

In my mind, finding someone that can genuinely make you laugh is the hardest quality of all. Some might find my sense of humor crude, and sometimes sophomoric, but to me obviously i’m the funniest person I know. I’m the type of person that can crack themselves up from their own lame jokes. To be able to find someone who not only laughs(pity laughs) at your jokes, but can also make you tear up from uncontrollable laughter is the ultimate goal. This person is perfect, because they know just what you like, and just how to cheer you up to put you in the best mood possible. Having the ability to fill your life with constant laughter checks off the most important box, someone who can make you smile and laugh on command, and is always down for a silly fun time.

2. She Goes Out Of Her Way To Make You Happy

Being happy, and having someone who makes you happy are two different things. Some think that just by having a girlfriend, they will become happy, but that girlfriend can end up draining the life out of you if they aren’t the right girl. You need someone who is willing to put you first in their mind, and do whatever it takes to put a smile on your face. Making you smile brings joy to their lives, and overall makes for a healthy relationship. She needs to tell you she loves you, and makes sure you never forget the amazing happiness you feel inside. She’s creative, and at times, she might surprise you with random gifts, or candy, or just a hug. All of these are ways to constantly keep someone happy and in love. The little things, going out of your way to do something sweet, are the things that make people happy, and act as a sign of complete happiness.

3. She Makes You A Better Person

Being in a relationship means that you’ve found someone who makes you want to be a better person. This can show itself in many ways, such as, being nicer, more productive, motivated, happier, and willing to take more risks. Obviously this list can go on and on, these are just a few that come to mind. The girl that you are with shouldn’t force you to make these changes, but instead you should want to make these changes. By being nicer, or more motivated, you show your girlfriend how much she means to you, and how great an impact she has on your life. If she means the world to you, show her. Go out of your way to become a better person overall, and show growth as a person, and growth in the relationship. If she makes you want to become a better, well you, then she is definitely a keeper.

4. She Allows You To Be Yourself Around Her

If you can’t be yourself, then get out of the relationship. You want someone that will accept you for who you are, even the super mega ultra weird parts. She doesn’t want the person you pretend to be in front of the guys, or the act you put on for the ladies. She wants the genuine, kind-hearted, weirdo that we all have inside us. She’s the one if she allows you to rant about god knows what that’s on your mind, or geek out about the newest video game. Whatever you think is weird about you, she will love, and love you more for having something you care about enough to share with her. She wants to be part of your life, regardless of the guilty pleasures, and embarrassing moments. These are the things that make life fun, and if you can find someone just as comfortable with themselves as you are with yourself, then please hold on to her. This girl loves you, and wants to be with the real you.

5. An Indescribable Feeling Of Love

This sign is most definitely the hardest to describe. I can only speak for myself, but the one for me is someone I can call my best friend, I can tell anything to, and I want to spend all my time with them. She is always on your mind, she is in your dreams, and when you picture your future, she is always there right beside you. The future is scary don’t get me wrong, but when you think about it, this special person is there every step of the way, making life just a little bit easier. Love is impossible to describe, it is just an innate feeling you have inside yourself, and you never want it to fade. You do everything you can to hold to this feeling out of fear of losing it. Here’s the thing, with the right girl, you have no fear of losing it. That is love to me. Just knowing, that deep down, this person you have in your life, is here to stay, and they love you just as much. When she says your name, or walks into a room, the whole world stops and everything goes away. All that matters is the girl in front of you, who loves every bit of you. She loves the weirdo, the goofball, and the hopeless romantic inside you.

I am not the expert on relationships, but I do know that if the girl of your dreams checks off all these qualities, she loves you. She wants to be in your life, and doesn’t want this feeling to ever fade.
