The Truth About Where To Find Happiness

Happiness is when you wake up in the morning in your old pajamas. Happiness is when you take more than thirty minutes in the bathroom, talking to yourself and thinking about the fictional characters in your head. Happiness is when you count every step you take as you make your way to the kitchen.

Happiness is when you see three boxes of tea bags in the cabinet. Happiness is when you realized the brand of the tea is Yogi. Happiness is when you decide not to go out in the morning because it’s Saturday and you are too lazy to mingle with people today. Happiness is when you pour out the cereal into a bowl and add in some strawberries so it will taste a lot better.

Happiness is when you do not want to take a morning shower yet. Happiness is when you go back to your bedroom and switch on your laptop. Happiness is when you play your favorite songs on repeat. Happiness is when you scroll Instagram and tap likes on every picture that shows up. Happiness is when you eat your cereal. Happiness is when you have not folded your laundry yet. Happiness is when you do not care how messy your bedroom is.

Happiness is when you have a dinner date with a good friend tonight. Happiness is when you look forward to chat and gossip with your good friend. Happiness is when you decide to watch your favorite shows on Netflix the whole day. Happiness is when you canceled your plan to go to the mall this afternoon because you like it better at home. Happiness is when you look out of the window and realized how cold it is outside and how happy you are to be inside. Happiness is when you look at the time and watch it passes slowly.

Happiness is when you do not need anyone else to confirm that you are fully content with yourself. Happiness is not about being around people or doing something extraordinary every day. Happiness is when you enjoy every little thing in your life and when you can say to yourself, “I had fun.”

Happiness is something that comes from within. It comes from you. Happiness starts from you. Happiness is you and you are happiness. TC mark
