She goes for bad boys,
but not because they’re bad.
She goes for bad boys,
because it’s all she’s ever had.
She’s got her eyes on the prize,
the guy with the deep, soulful eyes,
He’s the one with a sharp wit and mind,
but she tells herself she’s not his kind.
Good guys go for good girls;
she goes for bad boys,
because they go for her,
and she tells herself:
“I must be tainted.”
