17. Live And Learn

I forgave her after she had phone sex with her ex. And when she had drunk sex with another guy at a party (no, she wasn’t raped). It wasn’t worth it. The rest of relationship fucked me up in the head that I would rather have lived without, but I don’t regret it. Live and learn.

18. Believed I Could Fix It

Because I lacked the self-confidence to stand up for myself.

Because I wanted to rationalize that I could fix the things that she was suddenly telling me she was upset about and that would solve everything.

Because I was still madly in love with her.

It’s pretty much the same story every time.

She rewarded me by cheating on me again. And then I got cheated on in my next relationship.

19. Never Trusted Her Again

I gave her a second chance even after I trusted my feelings that she had been cheating on me and she kept denying it.

I found out eventually, we fought. with time she made up my mind to make it seem as if it had happened for a reason and all this bullshit to make me take her back. I took her back, I never looked at her the same after that, I never trusted her again completely after that, and I also became paranoid constantly worrying if she was telling little white lies or not.

Woke up one day and had to face the truth, my 4 year relationship had came to an end.
