You have permission to be whomever you want to be, to keep becoming more and more you with each passing day.

You have permission to move to the other side of the world and to build a whole new life. You have permission to open new doors constantly, leaving the old behind and beginning again.

You have permission to sell everything you own, to donate your things, to go on pilgrimages, travel to far away countries and to be in awe of the miracles you’ll encounter on the way.

You have permission to move to the city of your dreams, to go out dancing every night, to spend hours standing in front of your favorite painting in a museum, to try something different every day.

You have permission to stay where you were born, to explore your own backyard and make every “ordinary” day into an adventure.

You have permission to have lots of babies, live in the countryside surrounded by wildflowers and animals and spend your summer making flower crowns and jam.

You have permission to never have children, to create your own version of what family means to you, to choose and pick what feels true for you and your life today.

You have permission to fall in love deeply, head over heels, with yourself and with others. With places, with nature, with moments and the person sleeping next to you.

You have permission to look for your soulmate and to realize that everyone kind of is.

You have permission to love whoever you choose to love, no matter what gender, age or race.

You have permission to commit fully, to settle down, to marry and divorce, to quit, to say yes, to say no and have an 11th-hour change of heart.

You have permission to speak your truth, to do the opposite of what everyone around you is telling you to do, to follow only your own advice.

You have permission to do exactly what others are telling you if it truly lights you up, to create your very own agenda, to follow someone else’s blueprint and make it your own.

You have permission to do exactly what others are telling you if it truly lights you up, to create your very own agenda, to follow someone else’s blueprint and make it your own.

You have permission to do exactly what others are telling you if it truly lights you up, to create your very own agenda, to follow someone else’s blueprint and make it your own.

You have permission to make as much money as you want, easily doing something you love and without having to feel guilty that you’re one of the lucky ones who gets to make their money doing something they enjoy.

You have permission to take up space, to have your voice heard, to be fully seen. You have permission to stop holding back, to step into your full power, to embrace life with arms wide open and fully own your very own truth.

You have permission to take the pressure off, to dream big, to crave more time to just be, to desire even better things each and every day.

You have permission to feel at peace with your life right now as you’re reading this. You also have permission to not feel okay about your current life and take one step at a time to change it.

You have permission throw in the towel, to quit, to say goodbye, to never once look back, to let go and release. You have permission to walk away.

You have permission to love your body fiercely and tenderly, to see that you are beautiful when you look in the mirror, inside and out.

You have permission to always stand up for your body, to respect it and never override your intuition.

You have permission to move the way your body wants to move, to eat whatever feels truly nourishing for your body right now, to work out every day or only once a week.

You have permission to stop feeling restricted by fashion rules, and traditions when it comes to your body. You have permission to get fully tattooed or to shave your head, to dye your hair purple or blue.

You have permission to love your sensuality, sexuality and strength. You have permission to experiment with what feels good for you in every area of your life each and every day.

You have permission to wildly, unequivocally believe in your dreams, the vision you have for your future, to create the life you’ve always wishes for without apology.

You have permission to set your old beliefs on fire, reprogram what’s been holding you back, to ask for support, to believe in magic and to nourish yourself with new life-affirming – you – affirming beliefs and thoughts that blow your mind.

You have permission to believe in Goddesses, God, the Universe, Spirit the Divine Feminine, fairies, Mother Earth – you have permission to believe in whatever truly rocks your world.

You have permission to pray, to chant, to dance, to meditate, to devote your life to something, to express your faith in any way that feels like truth to you.

You have permission to liberate yourself (whatever that might mean for YOU), to decide one day to turn your whole life around and to live the truth of who you truly and deeply are or always wanted to be.

You have permission to embody your creativity, to build the tree house you dreamed of as a child, to write poems made of rhymes or just strung together words, to talk about sadness and shout about joy, to curl up in bed and feeling the world, to dress up and shake it off.

You have permission to surf the waves of your emotions, to cry all the tears, to shout and scream about what makes you furious, to speak up for yourself and others, to express your emotions and to release what’s stuck inside of you.

You have permission to need others, to support others, to give and to receive, to open yourself up to the many blessings and miracles this life has in store for you each and every day.

You have permission to never hold back again, to commit to loving yourself fully from here on out. TC mark
