This Is How Strong Women Get The F*** Over A Breakup

By

Getting over a breakup is no easy feat for anybody. But the difference with a strong woman, is that she is going to allow herself to feel. She is going to let herself crumble. She is going to let herself fall. And she knows, that this is the only way to fully get over it and him.

A strong woman isn’t going to hide from her feelings. She isn’t going to bottle them up. She isn’t going to pretend that she is doing just fine.

She isn’t going to pretend that she is moving along perfectly.

Faking it, is only going to prolong the hurt. It is only going to make it worse for you in the future. That’s why, no matter how much pain you are in, you need to truly deal with it. You can’t cover up your heart with a hundred band aids, because one day, they are all going to come off. And you are going to hurt even more.

I know it’s painful. I know losing someone you love, is nearly impossible to wrap your head around. I know it feels like the end of the earth. But, by dealing with it now, and by truly letting out all your hurt, you will heal that much faster.

Everyone heals in their own time. Trust me, it took me more than three years to get over my first love. It takes a long ass time to truly let go of that someone who used to be your world. But, for all you strong women out there, you need to let out all that sadness.

You need to let out all that pain.

Only from the ground up, will you be able to slowly start healing. You have to start from the bottom, to truly rise to the top. You have to start where it hurts the most, for it to eventually stop. You have to dig deep, for your heart to reach it’s full extent of pain. Then, you will heal. Then, you will slowly, slowly build yourself back up.

It’s not going to be easy. It’s not going to be painless. It is going to hurt like hell and even worse. But it is the only way for you to truly get over this loss.

It is the only way for you to truly find yourself amonsgt the wreckage that he caused.

It’s going to be hard to pick yourself up from the rubble. But, I promise you, this is the only way for you to move on. Don’t push against the tide. Don’t push away your sadness and your fears. They will come back to haunt you if you don’t let them out now. Let it go now. Feel it all now. Don’t wait until it has an even greater hold on you. And don’t wait for it to suffocate you.
