Seth Rogen has had a monster year. Between This Is The End, Neighbors, and a slew of notable “things that have gone viral” (such as this great speech during a Senate Hearing regarding Alzheimer’s research), Rogen has seamlessly transitioned from that of his Knocked Up character to a much more mature yet lighthearted funny dude. It seems that his career is only going up and up, and this first look at The Interview, a movie in which Rogen and Franco play a pair of celebrity tabloid reporters who journey to North Korea to interview Kim Jong Un, only to become involved in a CIA plot to assassinate the North Korean leader, seems to conveniently support that notion. Promising, no doubt.
