Congrats On Deciding To Face Another Day When You Never Thought You Could

Congratulations, you made it to another day.

You opened your eyes and immediately felt this huge burden on your chest. Your heartbeat pounded hard and your breathing was out of control. Adrenaline spiked through your veins, and the headache pounding against your skull felt like it would split your whole head in half. It was one of those days that you’d rather stay in bed and hide from reality. But even though you felt despair between the sheets while you were staring blankly at the ceiling, you are awake and alive to live through another day. That is something that we all should be grateful for.

Getting up is just the first step, and anything that you do afterwards means that you are still able to face yet another hard day. It might not feel like something big, but it doesn’t have to be big. Every small step that you take throughout the day means that you’ve still got some strength left in you. Every small step leaves an impact that gives you hope and strength to give it all you have to survive through another day. I want to congratulate you for being here for another day. Regardless of how much pain you feel, you still wake up every day to face another storm. You still rise up and continue to fight your battles.

You thought you couldn’t step away and resist, but here you are, going against the stream, showing your face every new day. We always underestimate ourselves and our abilities and think we don’t have what it takes to improve ourselves. But every small step counts, and every attempt is something that you should be proud of. I’m here to congratulate you, to give yourself a pat on the shoulder for trying despite thinking you didn’t have what it takes. You acted beyond your expectations and grew stronger each time by showing up.

So once again, I’m here to congratulate you for deciding to face another day even though you thought you couldn’t do it. TC mark
