To The Woman Who Feels Like She Isn’t Good Enough

To the woman who feels like she isn’t good enough.

You are enough. The people you surround yourself with may make you feel like you aren’t sometimes, but you are. If this is the case, maybe it is time to find new people to spend your time with. You need people who are going to build you up. You need people who are going to make you feel like the wonderful person that you are. Never doubt yourself. You are strong. You are beautiful. You are here for a reason.

To the woman who feels ugly.

You are beautiful. Stop comparing yourself. It can be difficult not to compare when you are on social media. Allow me to inform you of something, though: there will always be someone you see as prettier than you and there will always be someone you believe you are prettier than. Beauty cannot be fully defined by a social standard.

You need to find what makes you different and learn to embrace it. Do not try to change yourself; try to embrace yourself.

To the woman who doesn’t have a best friend.

You are amazing, even if you do not have a best friend. When you look online, you see a lot of posts and comments about people having a best friend. Seeing those posts can make you feel unworthy and lonely. However, it is okay to not have a best friend. It is okay to be good friends with several people, but not have that one favorite person. One day you might find a best friend, which is great! But it is okay not to have one. The important thing is that you feel valued in your friendships.

To the woman who is still single.

You can live a happy, full life without a man. Being single can be difficult, especially when your friends are beginning to get engaged and you have to attend their weddings alone. However, there is a time and a person for everyone. Some people simply have to wait longer than others. Those who have already found their significant other are blessed, but keep in mind that there is someone out there for you. He may be a little lost, but he is on his way. You will find love.

To the woman who feels alone.

You are not alone. It may feel like that sometimes, but trust me, you aren’t. When you start to feel alone, reach out to a family member or friend — you will find someone who cares for you.

Know that even when you feel alone, God is always with you {Matthew 28:20}.

During those moments when you feel alone, try to engage in self-care. Write, take a warm bath, go on a run, see a movie — do what makes you happy.

To the woman who feels like her life has no purpose.

Your life does have a purpose. We are all here for a reason. We all shed light on another person’s life, even if we do not realize it. You may feel like you don’t have a purpose, but you do — you may have simply not discovered your purpose yet. Keep on living. Keep doing what you love. Keep helping those around you. Keep embracing the beauty of your reality. Your purpose will become known to you.

To the woman who feels less than.

You are more than enough. Life should not be based around competition. We all have a different story. You may like someone else’s story better than yours, but remember that you have been given this story for a purpose. Even if you believe your story is worse than another person’s, you are never less than. You are always more than enough.

We are amazing. We are loved. We have a purpose. We are more than enough.

We are women.
