Let’s Be Real Here, Glossier And Their Products Are Actually Worth The Hype

If you’re on Instagram, you probably know that Glossier is one of the most popular and the most aesthetically pleasing makeup and skincare brands. Yeah, it’s cute, but is it worth the hype? Why do people love it so much?

I asked a large number of people if they use Glossier’s products, and if so, which ones they use.

“Glossier is the no makeup, makeup brand. They made me learn to love my skin. The Stretch Concealer is a game changer, it covers what you need but totally gives you the “skin but better” look. I also can’t go a day without the Lash Stick, and the Boy Brow is the only product I’ve ever liked for my thick eyebrows. The Milky Jelly Cleanser is one of my favorite gentle cleansers, sometimes I even use it to remove makeup before washing my face. For skincare–their Invisible Shield Daily Sunscreen turned me into one of those “doesn’t leave the house without SPF gals” and I’m glad because that’s so important!” -Christine, 23

“For skin care, the Super Pure Serum saved my life. The pores on my forehead are huge and the serum reduced them to almost nothing. All of the Balm Dotcoms are incredible — I like rose the best because it seems the most hydrating. As for me? I use the Priming Moisturizer and Boy Brow religiously (and I actually need to buy more because I just ran out), the Super Pure Serum to help with breakouts, Balm Dot Com in cherry (not only does it help my lips, but it also gives it a subtle pop of color), the Invisible Shield Daily Sunscreen, and Lidstar in Fawn.

Everyone is head over heels in love with Glossier, and honestly, I am too. It’s pretty inexpensive for the quality you’re getting and it really, truly is worth the hype.
