But try to look at things this way: Being average doesn’t mean settling.
Self-help is good, there’s no doubt about that but always keep in mind that consuming self-help without taking the right action is simply mental masturbation.
Your feelings are feelings, not facts. Feeling sadness doesn’t make you a negative or pessimistic person.
And realizing the greatness you’ve created for yourself is the greatest reward there is even if the world doesn’t take notice of how much you’ve become more of who you already are.
Be alive. Be yourself. Shine the brightest stars inside you. Be unapologetically you.
Remember: As long as you are breathing—it is never too late.
But here’s the comforting truth: You don’t have to pick one thing and deny all of your passions. No matter what anyone tells you having numerous interests is a gift and not a curse.
Love yourself for trying your best to get through it.
