We may be the center of our own universe, but we’re not as important to other people as we may believe. It became easier for me to stop thinking that everyone was going to notice my blunders once I realized that sort of thinking had a name.
If you are doing well in some courses but not others, it is easy to become frustrated and start thinking negatively. Don’t become defeated; you may just need to shift your priorities a bit.
You get to feel however you want and you don’t have to explain why you are having a bad day. You also don’t have to defend why your health takes priority over everything else.
