Our mind is a battlefield. An everyday battle between good and evil. A collision of right and wrong. Remember, you are the master of your mind. You control your mind. Not the other way around. Don’t entertain negative thoughts. Block them immediately because it won’t do you good. It only steals your happiness.

4. Control your anger.

When things go wrong, it’s so easy to succumb to your anger but you need to ask yourself if it will provide you any good in the long run. Will things be okay if you get angry about it? Devote at least thirty minutes to an hour daily to exercise. At first, you may get easily bored with it but that’s the trick. On how maintaining your discipline. You don’t need to go to a gym for your exercise. You can do it in the comfort of your homes or in office during breaks. They need not to be so crucial. There are many DIY’s exercises found in the Internet wherein you can utilize some household things found in your homes.

10. Do at least one thing that makes you happy.
