Men crave seeing them because they are not always available. Everyone wants what they can’t have—it is a cliche, but it is true. When you have access to something or someone all the time, this person begins to lose their lustre. It also teaches their daughter a valuable lesson, “That Mommy can be just as successful as Daddy.” With a career driven women, there is less of an outdated divide between men and women. Men are not the only providers and women are not just caregivers.

Career driven women defy gender roles. They are not a lady in waiting, they are not a bride to be, they are not a princess. They are a Queen and they can reign on their own. Career driven women are not only better partners, because they can hold their weight more, they are also amazing examples for young girls.

Many young pretty girls still strive on letting a man take care of her. She has relationship goals, but not a 5 year plan. She has a Pinterest board of her engagement ring ready, but she does not have a schedule that does not revolve around her man. Her only role would be to make him happy. This is why these girls are so easily destroyed by men, because men define who they are. That is all they have. There is more to life than your relationship status. A career driven women decided love is not enough for them, they want a future too.
