Getting a job is tough enough but for those who want a specific job in a specific field. It can be even harder when you’ve got bills to pay and student loans to handle which is pretty universal.
This girl is busting her butt to try to get to where she wants to be but her interviewer seems clueless as to why she doesn’t already have a job in her field.
This seems right up there with entry-level positions that require a year of experience.
It also really speaks to the notion that older generations do not understand the challenges that Millennials face trying to handle their business and also get to where they want to be in the job market.
