To promote the upcoming Spike TV 2010 Scream Awards, an “event honoring the best in sci-fi, fantasy, comics and horror,” Michael J. Fox has recreated the original Back to the Future trailer, only this time making it so he’s trying to convince people to watch an awards show, not a sweet science fiction movie.
The new trailer coincides with Back to the Future‘s 25th anniversary. In recognition of the landmark film, a BluRay version will be available in a couple weeks, and the film will enjoy a limited theatrical release in select cities across the US. A number of the cast will also be at the Scream Awards, where Michael J. Fox will join them.
