Calculate Your Numerology Life Path & Destiny

Numerology is the study of numbers. In the same way astrology is associated with the planets, numerology is associated with numbers. It could be the reason why you always meet certain people on certain days of the month. Numerology is an ancient study that draws meaning from different numbers, combinations, letters, and symbols that are in your life.

It could be why you glance at the clock at a specific time, or why all your friends share birthdays. Of course, if you have a lucky number, you don’t need numerologists to tell you what it means. You can figure it out on your own!

Numerology is based on teachings by Pythagoras. Pythagoras was a mathematician who studied numerical interconnectivity. The theory behind numerology is based on the Pythagorean idea that all things can be expressed numerically. Because the events in our lives and the things around us are ultimately reducible to numbers. He created a system that corresponded letters with integers.

Numerology can offer insight into your personality and your greater purpose in life. It can also predict future events that will be meaningful in your life. Numerology will give you an idea of how you express yourself and where you output energy.

Once you learn about numerology, you’ll start seeing patterns in your everyday life. Pay attention to them, because if they’re repeated enough, they might be telling you something.

Your life path number is determined by your date of birth. Like your sun sign, this number will determine your personality, strengths, weaknesses, and overall purpose.

How You’ll Do Everything Based On Your Zodiac Sign includes an exhaustive analysis of each sign’s personality. You’ll learn which high school clique represents them (Pisces are the cool art kids), who would get eaten first in a scary movie (Gemini, obviously) to how each sign prefers to say ‘I love you’ (for Taurus, it’s with good food). Alternating between silly, sweet, and serious, this book is filled with deep dives into the mind of everyone whose birth chart you can get your hands on.

Luckily, you don’t need to be a mathematician to solve this equation. First, you need to gather your supplies. You’ll need a calculator, a pen, and paper.

Now, reduce each element of your birth-date (the month, the day, and the year) to a single number. You can do this by adding together each element.

For example, if you’re born in December, the twelfth month of the year, you would add 1 + 2 = 3.

If you were born in 1994, you would add together each digit. 1 + 9 + 9 + 4 = 23. In this case, you still have a two-digit number. You should add those digits together in order to reduce them to a single digit. 2 + 3 = 5.

Once you add all of your numbers together, you will determine your life path number!

The only time you should not reduce your final number is when you end up with an 11 or 22. These are master numbers. They are incredibly special.

These numbers mean you have a higher chance of reaching your goals and achieving success.

However, they also mean you’re going to be placed in more stressful environments. It is a blessing and a curse to be connected to an 11 or 22.

Converting letters to find your destiny number:

You can find your destiny number in a similar way to your life path number. Instead of using your birthday, you can use your full name.

To do this, reduce your first name to a digit. Then do the same with your middle name and your last name.

Finally, add up the total of those three numbers to come up with your destiny number.

This number will show you how you’ll express your life goals.

One of the Pythagorean theories stated that each letter had a certain numerical value.

Here is a breakdown of those numbers, so you can figure out your destiny number on your own:

1 = A, J, S

2 = B, K, T

3 = C, L, U

4 = D, M, V

5 = E, N, W

6 = F, O, X

7 = G, P, Y

8 = H, Q, Z

9 = I, R

Although calculating your name will lead you to your destiny number, you can calculate any words or phrases. All you have to do is use the chart above.

It’s also a great idea to take your friend’s and family’s names and determine their life path numbers for them.

That way, you can learn more about them. It’s similar to reading their horoscope.

It will give you a better idea of their personality and prepare you for your relationship with them.

Number 2

In numerology, 2 is associated with harmony and balance. You’re a mediator who believes life is supposed to be fair and people are supposed to be equal. You are compassionate, kind, and empathetic at heart.

However, you’re sensitive and can end up feeling neglected at times — but you won’t speak up because you hate conflict.

Number 3

In numerology, 3 is associated with creativity and expression. You have an active imagination and a childlike view on the world. Since you love to make others happy, you share your art with everyone.

However, you are moody at times and like to hide yourself away. You need plenty of time to recharge after expending your energy.

Number 4

In numerology, 4 is associated with responsibility and practicality. You are a hard worker who always thinks logically. You pride yourself on your ability to solve any problem you face. The vibration of this number is focused on logical systems and scalable growth.

However, your desire to play by the rules creates a strict, rigid structure. Sometimes, you are too stubborn for your own good.

Number 6

In numerology, 6 is associated with healing and problem-solving. You’re an empath who supports and nurtures your friends and family. You enjoy taking care of others, and you have excellent communication skills.

However, sometimes you overstep when you’re trying to help. You can come across as controlling and bossy.
