Brittany Runs A Marathon premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2019. Paul Downs Colaizzo wrote and directed the film, which is based on a real story about his best friend and roommate (who is played by Jillian Bell).
The heartwarming, inspirational film won the U.S. Dramatic Audience Award. It was subsequently picked up by Amazon for $14 million and is going to be released to the public later this year.
