George Bush: Eric Garner Verdict “Hard To Understand”

  • 0

George Bush is asked what his impressions are of the protests in NYC and elsewhere involving thousands of people angry that the police officers responsible for Eric Garner’s death weren’t indicted.

Some cynical people may say that BushΒ hadΒ to say this but let’s remember that the press doesn’t have subpoena power. If Bush hadn’t wanted to discuss the issue then he could have insisted on it not being part of any interview from the get-go or he could have simply not done the interview.

I feel comfortable saying that I believe these are his actual thoughts.

The video above is a double recording meaning it will play through a short section of the interview twice. TC mark
