Received this in my email today from a girl who claims to have been an attempted victim of a Tinder creeper running a Skype strip scam based on something he’d heard came from ’50 Shades of Grey’. It had apparently worked before, perhaps many times based on the below conversation. Here’s the text of the email from the girl.

Last night started just like any other night. My girlfriends and I were watching TV when I opened my Tinder app….swiped right on a 29-year-old male named JXXXX, who is an attorney in the SF Bay Area.

Conversation started with a compliment, followed by a proposition for a sugar baby/sugar daddy scenario (with sexual connotations and large amounts of money).

The rest was screenshots of the entire affair which I’ve edited although I’m sure this guy was using a fake pic and a fake name. This thing is crazy and plays out over two nights and I’m sure it’s not the only time this has happened. Anyone else have similar insane tales of Tinder scams?
