“What ended the Ice Age?”

Agree with the science that manmade Global Warming is real or not, when our Representatives don’t even understand the theory they’re arguing against it’s time to flush the toilet. But Rep. Steve Stockman from Texas really thinks he’s discovered something here and he won’t let it go or even listen to an explanation.

For the record, “global wobbling” has to do with the orbit and axis of the Earth, not greenhouses gases. It’s also predictable like clockwork and takes place over vast spans of human time, 22,000 years and over. Hit 2:19 in the above video for the response.

I think the job of representatives is to try and understand the issues which they’re presented with and make decisions based on that accurate understanding, not hypothesize about extraneous issues to avoid doing their jobs. But that’s just me and I’m not partisan about it.
