All over the world, democratic governments are seeking to crack down on the ability of every day people to communicate and organize for a self determined future. Most recently Turkish Twitter was shut down for releasing “anti-government rhetoric.” Now, in Mexico, the government is seeking to crack even harder. Don’t think it couldn’t happen here? PRISM, Wikileaks, Edward Snowden? It can happen here. Get the word out and raise the consciousness level on issues like this.

Freedoms must be zealously defended or else they are lost over time. An aware public is an empowered one and an empowered one is the only one that matters.
