Man Just Wants A F*cking Taxi, Instead He Gets THIS God Awful Customer Service

Have you ever had bad customer service? Like REALLY bad customer service? Of course you have, we all have. But I do have to say, this customer service is exceptionally terrible.

 just needs a taxi to get to the airport. So he booked one on the Carhoo app. Great, right? Everything is great. Except then Carhoo cancels his ride the day before.

Tom then tries to reach out to customer service, and this is what happens…

I guess, I have two questions:

  1. Why not just use Uber or Lyft?
  2. Did he ever get to the airport?
