This Is Gigi Gorgeous’ Courageous Response After Being Detained For 5 Hours Just Because She’s Transgender

As you probably know, Gigi Gorgeous was detained earlier today in Dubai because of her gender identity. Her passport was taken by authorities, and she was not allowed to enter the country after landing in the city.
She has JUST been released from their custody, and this is her response:
There has been no comment from Dubai authorities that we know of. TMZ previously reported that the authorities claimed the picture and description on Gigi’s passport didn’t match her appearance, though Gigi contends this is not true.
It’s truly a shame that ANYONE has to go through this.
