Corbin Reiff is a former soldier of the United States Army.
He served in the Iraq War, and was put in charge of accessing property damage to Iraqi citizens. Basically, if the United States accidentally damaged civilian property, it was his job to make it right.
Donald Trump accused Reiff and his compensation program of being just a boondoggle to enrich himself, and Iraqis.
