But even though all mall dads have an understanding and a clandestine cult amongst themselves, there is still a hierarchy within their midst. Of course, rich doctor dads are at the top of this hierarchy, ones with only one child. But, after one kid, it all goes downhill for doctors.

It’s not their fault. No, really. They are victims of society’s expectations of them.
