Okay, so this is adorable. Oh man. The Devotion Project interviewed Gail Marquis and Audrey Smaltz, an adorable New York City lesbian couple who started dating in 1999. Gail, 57, is a women’s basketball Olympic silver medalist and Audrey, 75, is a former Vogue editor and fashion model. Gail had dated women before but Audrey hadn’t until she fell head over heels in love with Gail. They got married in Central Park after 12 years together.

In this short film by the Project, the women talk about how they met, their life together, their relationship and how they feel about each other. It’s so uplifting and beautiful. Their dynamic is so cute. Gail seems to be the more level-headed one while Audrey adds excitement and kookiness to her life. Near the end of the video, Gail says, “We’re getting to be an old boring couple.” Audrey adamantly replies, “No, we are not boring, Gail. That is one thing we are not.”

This is the sixth video in the series and there are five other parts available on the Project’s Youtube channel. They’re all about 10 minutes long. This one is super awesome and heartwarming too:
