Wow, what an incredible morning.

I saw this video and I felt my eyes well up with tears.

Joanne Milne suffers from Usher Syndrome, which results in the sufferer to have visual impairment and hearing loss.

But thanks to science, she received cochlear implants.

And her mother was there to film it.
