This summer was the first time I’d traveled on my own. To say it was life-changing is both cliché and incredibly accurate. I wasn’t quite prepared for the extraordinary range of emotions I’d experience traveling through Europe, from obnoxiously crying in the middle of Gare du Nord to smelling the fresh grass of the English countryside and feeling completely at peace.
Here are just a few songs to capture some of those feelings you’ll experience and set the stage for all the incredible adventures to come.
