You are an extremely powerful woman. It does not matter how old you are, where you are from or, what career or stage of your life you are in: you are beautiful, you are strong, and you are worthy.
On more than one occasion life has tried to put you down. Misogynistic individuals have treated you like an object only worthy of being worshipped in the most belittling and condescending way. Darling, you are so much more than the shape of your curves, the lack or presence of stretch marks, the size of your ass, or the perkiness of your boobs.
You have worked hard to get where you are today, whether it be that today you finally got out of bed and said “stuff it” to your anxiety. Whether it be that you worked until your fingers became numb and got that promotion you have been working for. Whether it be that you can finally look in the mirror and say “I’m beautiful,” you have taken baby step after baby step until it turned into a giant leap, you have every reason to be proud.
Being in love with yourself is not vanity, it’s important. Acknowledging how hard you work is not egotistical, it’s self-love. No matter what anyone may say- they say it out of spite and jealousy. Do not let anything stop you, you are doing so well…don’t give up now.
Here are the things you need to say to yourself every day.
1) I am more than just beautiful, I am gorgeous, I am strong- I am worthy.
2) When someone insults me or belittles me- they are not above me, I am a bigger person and they feel threatened by my self-love.
3) No matter what gets in my way- I will never stop working towards my dreams.
4) I love myself and that will never change.
