Read This If You’re A Teenager Who Thinks Life Is Too Hard

We all have our could-haves and might-have-beens. We all struggle to answer different questions. Why did I do that? Why didn’t I take that chance? Why did I let that moment slip away? We all have regrets, but it’s too late to pull back past events. We wish we could, but it’s never going to happen.

You can’t change the past, but in the future, you should follow your heart. Do what makes you happy. Get out of your comfort zone. Jump into the unknown. Throw yourself at life, because you will never know what is in there that awaits you.

I’m telling you no one will ever help you, except yourself. No one will save you, except yourself. So go for the things that seem scary, because that’s where wisdom will be acquired. Fight your own demons. Feed the right monsters in your head and train them for the next battle. Remember, every level of your life will require a different version of you. Every struggle you are facing is preparing you for a much bigger battle.

So don’t let fear stop you from doing what you really want. Don’t let opportunities slip away. Don’t let other people discourage you. Don’t be insecure. Don’t make yourself miserable, because you see someone else’s progress and you aren’t sure if you’re actually progressing yourself. Just push yourself to do what you want and you’ll eventually get where you want to be.

I have realized that life isn’t easy, but you can make it easier by the way you approach it. Life is all about your attitude and your perspective. If you are struggling to get something that you really want, you either didn’t put enough effort in yet or it’s not really meant for you. But as long as you are determined, you’ll get what you really want in life.

Just remember to always have faith in yourself. Believe in your own abilities and never lose yourself while you’re fighting your own demons. Be educated and make sure to learn from your mistakes as well as others. My sister is always telling me that sometimes wisdom isn’t acquired from your own experiences. Sometimes, you can get it from others. You just have to know what to pick up and what not to.

So read books. Feed your mind. Stay away from people who always talk badly about other people. Attract positive energy. Send positive vibes. Make sure to always inspire others with your journey in life. Make sure your life is motivational and just plain awesome.

To all of the teens out there that are suffering through life, remember to love yourself, to be yourself, and to set goals that’ll make your life feel meaningful.
