This Woman Couldn’t Find Bridesmaids For Her Wedding Photos, So She Had Her Guy Friends Pose With Her Instead

As someone who has an overwhelming amount of guy friends, I know what it’s like to feel like you’re missing out on the girl group experience. I was always New Girl in a world full of Girls, Sex and the City and The Golden Girls. But there are merits to both situations, as this bride-to-be found out pretty quickly.

Rebeca Sinohara, a 24-year-old from Brazil, felt a little left out when she realized she didn’t have enough girl friends for a traditional bridesmaids photoshoot. As a woman in the male-dominated field of computer engineering, most of her friends were men.

But luckily, Sinohara had an idea, and it was absolutely brilliant.

That’s right: when you don’t have bridesmaids, it’s time to call the bridesmen.

Sinohara called upon her five closest guy friends to help her with the shoot, and it looks like they were all pretty enthusiastic to do so. It turned out so hilarious that the photos quickly went viral on Facebook.

Even Sinohara’s husband-to-be got to get in on the fun for this epic photo.

What are friends for, anyway, if they aren’t willing to dress up in pink silk robes and help you shave your legs for your wedding day? Let’s hope this becomes a new trend, because I’m absolutely loving it. Thought Catalog Logo Mark
