If you love reading into everything Harry Styles does (answer: I do), then you’re going to love these lyrics to his new unreleased song Two Ghosts.
Why should we care about a song that hasn’t come out yet? Oh, just you wait.
It all started when Apple Music released this trailer about a Harry Styles special called Behind The Album, presumably giving fans an inside look to the creative process behind the old One Direction frontrunner’s new album.
It’s cool and all, but what REALLY matters is this one little snapshot:
It’s a little blurry, but that’s not going to stop us from figuring out what Harry is writing about. The lyrics, from what we can tell, go like this:
Same lips red, same eyes blue
Same white shirt, couple more tattoosBut it’s not you and it’s not meTastes so sweet, looks so realSounds like something that I used to feelBut I can’t touch what I seeWe’re not who we used to beWe’re not who we used to beWe’re just two ghosts singing in the
Singing in the what, Harry?!
But as some fans are pointing out, those lyrics sure do sound familiar…
That’s right, Harry lovers of the world. It looks like we just found Harry’s new song about Taylor Swift, who famously wrote the song Style about him.
Trust me, people are FREAKING OUT right now.
Are we going to far? I don’t think we’re going to far. I think we’ve gone just the right distance.
Look, all I’m saying is that Harry Styles wrote that song about Taylor Swift and I’m never going to believe anything else, despite any evidence that might prove otherwise.
