Because, like dieting, if there was one magic pill, or one magic way, to attract guys and to “make them stay” then we would all be doing it…
Actually, a lot. One date can hurt a lot.
Since you deem them “your enemy”, there’s a good chance you have limited interaction with that person, meaning you also have limited information on their lives, and limited information on their motives.
You fear they are spreading untrue information about you. You have no idea whose minds they have tainted, which personal territory they have infiltrated. You have no idea what kind of rumors they have spread, which of your ex-boyfriends they have contacted, what co-workers they whispered with at the water fountain.
But, mom and dad, please, please, please try your best to keep me out of it.
Everyone should, at least once in their lifetime.
Everyone has already dated everyone else.
I kind of just want to find someone that I already know a plethora about, and that I can come home, put on my footie pajamas, and force them to give me a back rub.
