It’s like you are constantly buzzing around without time for a mental break. Getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep will leave you feeling fresh, relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated, leaving those anxiety jitters in the dust.

3. Limit Your Caffeine Intake

Nowadays we drink coffee like we do water. Sometimes the extra shots of expresso tend to really affect us and leave us buzzed and restless. With that, when we are prone to anxiety. Nothing is better than getting outside in the fresh air, warm sun and getting your body moving. Breaking a sweat and staying active is helpful for your body and mind.

7. Nourish Your Body With Good Food

Tea, vegetables, whole grains and water will nourish your body. Good quality food is essential to feeling good and looking good. Ditch the junk food that’s filled with chemicals and leaves you lethargic. Opt for something fresh, natural and delicious to help you feel your best and wind down those feelings of anxiety and worry.
