So by breathing deeply and focusing on the present moment will no leave you stuck in the past or worries about the future. Smell the air, find shapes int he clouds, or pet your puppy. Being in this moment is the most important one, because you have control of how your feel and what is happening right now, and not what already happened and what might be. Focus on the “now”.

Sleep is a very important part of your health. When you sleep you are rejuvenating your body and mind. Without sleep, your mind has no time to rest and reboot. It’s like you are constantly buzzing around without time for a mental break. Getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep will leave you feeling fresh, relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated, leaving those anxiety jitters in the dust.
3. Limit Your Caffeine Intake
Nowadays we drink coffee like we do water. Sometimes the extra shots of expresso tend to really affect us and leave us buzzed and restless. With that, when we are prone to anxiety. This leave our minds time to wonder incessantly about everything like losing our job, or looking great for your next interview, or worrying about making it to work on time. We must limit our intake to become more calm and relaxed through the day. Otherwise we will be buzzing like bees all day every day, never taking the time to really de-stress and ease our mind into relaxation.

Yoga and meditation is a powerful combination to get you in the present moment mentally and physically. You are paying attention to both your mind and body and easing them into now. Yoga and meditation enable you to really feel and see the present moment, your present breath, the present YOU.
5. Talk It Out With Friends And Family
Talking and unloading all of your pent up frustrations and worries to the one you love and who care about you is great therapy. People who are empathetic to your struggles make you feel less alone on this path of distress and uneasiness. So it can be refreshing to talk it out and release everything to those who care and know you the best and are willing to help and console you.
6. Get Outside And Move Your Body
Nothing is better than getting outside in the fresh air, warm sun and getting your body moving. Breaking a sweat and staying active is helpful for your body and mind.
7. Nourish Your Body With Good Food
Tea, vegetables, whole grains and water will nourish your body. Good quality food is essential to feeling good and looking good. Ditch the junk food that’s filled with chemicals and leaves you lethargic. Opt for something fresh, natural and delicious to help you feel your best and wind down those feelings of anxiety and worry.
