Kanye fans who read TC (according to our Facebook stats there at least 2,000 of you…), here you go — a fresh-faced, 19-year-old Kanye West in 1996 rapping on stage in Chicago with his then partner Phenom. The poor video quality actually makes it difficult to discern if his ego had already grown to the absurd proportions it currently maintains, but even this unsavvy contributor must admit that he sounds pretty damn good.
