I used to exercise first thing in the morning. Not anymore. I’ve found that exercising first thing in the morning actually sucks my energy, leaving me with less than I started.
If you’re serious about the changes you want to make, willpower won’t be enough. Quite the opposite. Willpower is what’s holding you back.
At each new stage (or shell) in your journey, you will feel like a child. You’ll be required to learn and do new things. You’ll relearn past lessons but from new angles and with new meanings.
Achieving goals is a science. There’s no confusion or ambiguity to it. If you follow a simple pattern, you can accomplish all of your goals, no matter how big they are.
Put most simply: when the why is strong enough, you’ll be willing to do any how.
“Success” isn’t just having lots of money. Many people with lots of money have horribly unhappy and radically imbalanced lives.
Being about something far greater than yourself is the most beautiful way to live.
Today can be as great as you want it to be. Your fate isn’t set. You get to decide how much of yourself you’re going to put into today.
Don’t let their smallness and hate stop you from doing something beautiful.
There is no tomorrow to remember if we don’t do something today. How you spend each day is a clear indicator of who you are and who you will become.
