What if I told you that you could get your work out in without having to sweat next to Grunting George and your other least-favs at the gym? Well, step away from the treadmill because it’s happening.

Let me introduce you to Keaira LaShae, one of my favorite internet fitness gurus. Her YouTube channel is full of fun, dance-focused work outs and I’m never bored during her routines. And the best part, I don’t have to leave the house.
