Hello, it is me, your dainty Thought Catalog blogger!! I am here to brief you on some ~breaking news~ straight from the Thought Catalog comment section.
One of the scariest comments I read all the time across different platforms (but especially on Thought Catalog) is “you call this journalism?”
Thought Catalog exclusive.
Please, for the love of all that is good and pure in this world, can we ease up on the heteronormative, gender role-confirming narrative that so many of these advice articles follow?
You don’t need that boy or girl as much as you think you do. You don’t need to be in a relationship to truly feel fulfilled. You just need yourself and a little faith that someday, you’ll get to where you need to be.
Will it be you?
I have a love-hate relationship with Thought Catalog. Love, because it makes me think in the most unlikely ways. Hate, because it’s the only reason why I waste endless hours on Facebook at inconceivable times of the night.
What we deem “clickbait” seems to say a lot more about our article consumption habits than the content itself.
