Eleven years ago we got the Weapons of Mass Destruction scare. As a result, we invaded Iraq, needlessly, and thousands of Americans died fighting a war that no one but they and their families had to pay for on a daily basis. Taxes went down, not up. No one had to pay anything. The worst part is that it was all built on scare tactics that Republicans and Democrats alike went right along with. Now I see we’re replaying that film.

I don’t have my own car, I’m too cheap to ride the bus, and the daily commute back and forth from work would give me a little exercise, meaning I wouldn’t have to worry about paying for (not to mention actually using) a gym membership.

This CCTV footage shows a huge tanker catching on fire in a gas station in Halkapinar, Turkey, and quickly going up in flames. As captured in the video, a brave man, later identified as Engin Koçak, hopped into the truck and drove it away from the station before it could explode.
