Everyone Should Have Friends Like The Ladies From Sex And The City
My friends and I are like the crazy, hilarious girls from sex and the city. These girls have very different distinct personalities. They each contribute to the conversation and have strong opinions. I believe that every girl should have a close group of friends like these.
Carrie: She is known for her unique fashion sense. She is smart, witty and extremely loyal. A self-proclaimed shoe fetishist, she is always down for some retail therapy. My personal Carrie is the girl I call when I need to vent. She always knows the perfect time for a shopping spree. My golden blonde friend is the perfect addition to my circle because no matter how much time goes by without seeing each other we feel as if nothing has changed. She is also my longest friendship.
Charlotte: She is the most conservative and traditional of the group, the one who places the most emphasis on emotional love as opposed to lust. My Charlotte believes in true love and a “knight in shining armor,” just like the Charlotte on TV. My beautiful and petite brunette friend is the perfect Charlotte because she knows her own self worth and she respects herself. As a teacher she is a conservative fashionista. She is the perfect friend for staying home and having a glass of wine while sharing some girl talk.
Miranda: She is extremely cynical and sarcastic. She has strong views on relationships and men. She is Carrie’s best friend, confidante, and voice of reason. My Miranda is my best friend. My red headed friend is honest and always tells me what I need to hear. We can vent for hours over drinks and she is my go to girl. Every girl needs a Miranda in her life because even though she can be a pessimist she is always in need of a drink and she will get you out of the house.
Samantha: She is an independent publicist and a seductress who avoids emotional involvement at all costs. I find Samantha to be honest and a bit harsh. She tells it like it is and doesn’t need anyone to support her actions. She is confident and true to herself. I believe that I am the Samantha of my group. As the token blonde I try to tell it like it is to my friends. I also believe that to be Samantha you have to be single, which I am.
These four girls are the perfect mix of sugar and spice. Although loyal, they are also honest friends. These girls made it through so much on the TV series and in the movies. They always had each other’s backs and listened to every crazy sex story. That’s what true friends are for.
