The Strongest Girls Are The Ones With Stories

God & Man

The strongest girls are the ones with stories. The ones with painful pasts. The ones with broken dreams and ghosts that haunt their minds. They are the ones who have an entire collection of memories and narratives to tell.

They are the girls who are warriors in their own lives.

The strongest girls are the girls who have been hurt. They’ve been beaten by life, and tossed in the trash. They have dealt with abuse, with loss, with heartache and with emotional sabotage.

But they are the ones who get up the next day. The ones who rally. The ones who fight.

The strongest girls are the girls who have been left by people that they loved. They have been torn apart by the people who they gave their whole hearts to. They have been ripped to shreds. Discarded. Unappreciated.

They are the kind of people who have been through the wringer.

But they are kind of people who get up anyway.

The strongest girls are the ones who believe in happy endings. They are the ones who still see the light, even if the world has handed them nothing but darkness. They see the brighter side of life, no matter how many obstacles are come their way.

The strongest girls are the ones who believe that life is worth it. That despite the pain and the heartbreak and the loss they have endured, it’s still beautiful.

They see the beauty in the pain. They see the stars in the sky. They don’t have an ounce of bitterness in their bodies, and don’t hold grudges over what people and the world have done to them.

The strongest girls are the girls who have the ability to stand up for their own happiness. Who have the strength to take life in their fist and not let it take them down. They are the ones who been through hell and back, but still smile in every breath that they exhale.

The strongest girls are the ones who hold pain in their souls, but never let that pain overtake them. They are the ones with holes in their hearts, but never let it get the best of them. They are the ones with lonely nights and empty promises, but they are the ones who continue to smile at the world with genuine gratitude.

The strongest girls are the ones who don’t feel sorry for themselves. And no matter what has happened to them in their lives, and no matter what their hearts have been through, they hold no hatred for the universe.

They are the ones with stories. With ghosts and skeletons. But also the ones with flowers in their hands and beauty in their hearts. Thought Catalog Logo Mark
